The Kensington MicroSaver Security Lock protects your Dell notebook, flat panel monitor, CPU docking station or projector from theft. Featuring high-carbon steel cables and a patented T-bar design, this lock has been tested under real-world conditions to resist corrosion, tampering and extreme environments. It includes two keys and a rubber cable tie.
Protect hardware and data
Whether you're a mobile professional, an office worker or a student, your computer equipment and data are valuable assets. Kensington locks, such as the MicroSaver, protect more than just your hardware--they safeguard your work and personal data.
Patented T-bar design
The Kensington MicroSaver Security Lock features a patented T-bar locking mechanism and strong multistrand cable that attaches to the standard Kensington security slot found in virtually all notebooks. This lock also works with flat panel monitors, desktops, projectors, printers, docking stations, tablets and other devices.
This tubular lock system includes Hidden Pin technology with anti-rotation pins that resist picking. When a MicroSaver lock is tampered with, it locks itself down and can trap foreign keys. Anti-Shear technology guards against forced intrusion.
Strong and lightweight
This aircraft-grade cable is made of steel composite material with a tempered carbon steel core for strength without excess bulk. A rubber bumper ensures a tight fit while protecting hardware from scratches and damage.
Easy to install
The Kensington MicroSaver Security Lock is easy to install and compact enough to stow in a travel bag. Its slim lockhead won't block notebook ports or lift a notebook off the desk.
